All of our shared plans offer the same capability so neither is faster than the others. The main differences between plans is the amount of storage space, the quantity of websites you can host with each plan and mailbox allowances.

This is true where many websites are hosted on a single server. With Simply Eddie’s it isn’t an issue as we store websites across multiple servers. If one server got extremely busy your website would automatically be served from a different server. Each of our servers can also draw on resources form other servers so neither memory or processing power ever becomes an issue.

This depends which plan you choose. Our Starter plan only allows for one website. If you need to host more you can choose our Advanced plan allowing for two websites, or our Business plan which allows for five websites. If you need to host more, then it may be more economical to choose a Cloud Hosting plan.

You will only be refunded for the cost of your chosen plan. We don’t issue refunds for domain names or other services bought in addition to hosting plans.

In most cases we recommend our Starter plan for smaller stores and start-ups so you don’t have to pay for what you don’t need. Email is included with all hosting plans.

MySQL databases are included with all plans. They can hold 1Gb of data.

Hmm! Well that could be a problem as we don’t sell additional databases. But here’s a solution; create a support ticket with a request for another database and they’ll provision one for free.
